In order to ensure that the CV Writing and editing process is as efficient as possible, we employ a 3-stage revision process.

Stage 1 – we email you the 1st Draft(s) of your document(s) to review, you can then request any additions, changes or edits content

Stage 2 – we will then incorporate your changes and send you your 2nd Draft, you can then request any additions, changes or edits content

  Stage 3 – we will incorporate your changes and send your 3rd Draft, you can then request any final tweaks before your final documents are sent back

Once you have received the 1st draft of your document(s) you will then have 5 working days to review and request any changes, all 3-Stages must be completed within this 5 working day window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us before work commences.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 working days of the Customer’s notification of cancellation.

We endeavour to ensure that the 3-Stage revision process enables you refine your documents until you are satisfied, if you are still not happy with the outcome of your document(s) we will pass them onto one of our Directors to refine and resolve.

The communication process will be predominantly via email, however if you have purchased one of our Senior Management or Executive Products then these include a 30 or 60 minute phone call with you to discuss your requirements in detail.

Absolutely! Simply purchase it on behalf of someone else and provide their details either at the checkout or when our writer gets in touch with you.

You can submit your CV directly to us through our website we will have one of our senior CV Writers personally review your CV for Free and provide you with an email with feedback and guidance on its content and structure and how it can be improved.
